What are the hours for City Hall?
City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. A drop box is available on the front of the building for tax forms, utility bills, and other items that you may wish to drop off.

There are no local unemployment offices in Volusia County. Unemployment can be reached online at Fluidnow.com or by calling 800-204-2418. There is a career office in Daytona Beach associated with One Stop Employment Center located behind the Volusia Mall and they can be reached at 386-323-7001.
What is the phone number to the Library?
The Holly Hill Community Resource Center is located at 1066 Ridgewood Avenue and can be reached at 386-248-9453.

Where can I get a marriage license?
Marriage licences can be obtained at the Volusia County Courthouse located at 125 E. Orange Avenue in Daytona Beach. They can be reached at 386-257-6000.

Where can I get a birth or death certificate?
Birth and death certificates and be obtained from the Volusia County Health Department located at 845 Holsenback Drive in Daytona Beach. They can be reached at 386-276-0614. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Public Record Requests
Requests for public records are submitted to the City Clerk. The charge for single sided photocopies on letter sized paper is $.15 per page or $.20 per page for double sided copies. Other photocopies are available at varying prices dependent upon size and format. Audio records are available at a cost dependent upon the format of the audio copy.
The streetlight on my street is flickering or burnt out. How do I report it?
Florida Power & Light maintains most of the streetlights in the City of Holly Hill. Maintenance concerns for streetlights can be reported directly through FPL's "Power-Related Concerns" site. If you happen to have the 11-13 digit pole number (usually eye-level on the pole), that will assist FPL in locating the correct pole. Is my property located in a flood hazard area?
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) maps delineate areas that are within flood hazard areas (areas prone to flooding) as well as areas outside the flood hazard area (Flood Zone X). These maps are used by insurers and lenders to assist in determining if flood insurance is required for a property owner.
You can determine the flood zone for your property through the FEMA Map Service Center. Floodsmart.gov provides information regarding the purchase of a flood policy, risk assessments, types of flood insurance, and policy costs and terms.
How is my property zoned?
The City is responsible for establishing land use classifications as a means of regulating business and residential activities to ensure that uses are compatible and appropriate within defined areas of the City. Properties must generally comply with the regulations for the respective district in which they are located.
The Official Zoning Maps show the classifications as an overlay on the land area within the City. The regulations are defined within Chapter 2, Article II of the City's Land Development Code.
