Overview
The Charter Review Committee consists of five (5) appointed voting members of the City, and each member of the City Commission will recommends one (1) member for appointment. Appointees are not required to live within the district boundaries of the Commission Member who recommends their appointment. Appointees shall be registered voters of the City of Holly Hill.
It is the responsibility of the Charter Review Committee to provide input to the City Commission regarding amendments and revisions to the Charter and propose any given amendments or revisions, which may be advisable for placement on the election ballot.
