Responsible for regulating all construction activity within the City of Holly Hill, ensuring compliance with the Florida Building Codes, enforcement of the land use and development regulations, processing and issuing Building permits, verifying Contractor competency and licensing requirements, performing associated plan reviews, inspections and issuing a Certificate of Occupancy.
Permit Applications along with the backup documentation and/or digital plans must be emailed to Permitdesk [at] hollyhillfl.org (Permitdesk[at]hollyhillfl[dot]org). Large signed and sealed hard copy plans must be delivered to the Building and Zoning office in person or courier and accompany an application with a thumb drive of digital copies if not already emailed.
All Certificates of Insurance for general liability and workers compensation are required with all permit applications. If a contractor is exempt from workers compensation, then a copy of the state exemption certificate is required to be provided.
