Skilled and manual labor work in the construction, maintenance and repair at the City’s wastewater treatment facility, lift stations, reuse distribution, water distribution an collection systems.

Position requires possession of a high school diploma or an acceptable equivalency.  One (1) year of experience working with underground utilities involving installation repair and maintenance of collection, reuse, storm water and distribution systems.

Position requires possession of a valid Class “B” Commercial Florida Driver’s license with tanker endorsement, or the ability to obtain license within six (6) months from the date of appointment.  Preference will be given to candidates with the Florida Water Distribution License, FWPCOA Voluntary Sewer Collection Certification and/or the State of Florida Water/Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator License – Class A, B or C.  Possession or the ability to obtain FEMA ICS-100 and ICS-700 certifications within six (6) months of employment.

Salary:  $24,169.90 – $39,436.80 annual (hourly/non-exempt)
