Records Division

The Holly Hill Police Department’s Records Division employs two full-time Police Service Clerks who perform data input and records management services through our computer-aided system.

Copies of reports may be requested via U.S. Mail (address listed on Home Page), email (Recordsdivision@hollyhillfl.org) or by calling (386) 248-9475 during normal business hours. The release of any police report and/or crash report is subject to compliance with current Public Records laws for the State of Florida.

Our Police Service Clerks will also be happy to provide fingerprinting services Monday through Friday from 8:00am to to 4:30pm. Proper identification is required. The fee for fingerprinting is $5.00.
