Mission Statement

The mission of the Holly Hill Records Division is to provide accurate, efficient, and professional management of all law enforcement records. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, security, and confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service to the public, law enforcement personnel, and other agencies. Through timely and reliable recordkeeping, we support the mission of the Holly Hill Police Department to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.

About

The Holly Hill Records Unit is responsible for maintaining and distributing offense reports, supplemental reports, accident reports (vehicular and marine), arrest reports, and miscellaneous incident reports in accordance with Florida State Statute (FSS) 119. Reports can be requested in person, U.S. Mail (address listed on Home Page), email (Recordsdivision [at] hollyhillfl.org (Recordsdivision[at]hollyhillfl[dot]org)), web portal or by calling (386) 248-9475 during normal business hours.  For request not in person, once request is submitted, please contact the Records Department to confirm the cost. Be sure to include as much information as possible when making requests such as case number, date, location, and type of incident. 

Accident Report 

Section 316.066, Florida Statutes, governs the completion and subsequent distribution of traffic crash reports. Traffic crash reports are exempt from public disclosure, except for parties involved in the crash and other specific parties outlined in the statute, for the first 60 days. After 60 days, Customers requesting a crash record must complete a signed statement to receive a crash report mail or in person

 

Fees for Copies of Report 

$.15 for single-sided copies 

$.20 for double sided copies 

$1.00 for certified copies 

 

Body Cam Worn Footage

BWC footage can be requested in person or by mail, fax, e-mail, or web portal. At a cost of .52 per minute. Once request is received our agency will contact requestor with cost of footage. 

 

Fingerprinting Services 

Our Police Service Clerks will also be happy to provide fingerprinting services Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.  Form - FD-258. Photo identification is required for prints. Cost - $5.00 Cash or Check.
