The Holly Hill Police Department is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and courteous service to the citizens of our community.

Our Professional Standards office is staffed by a senior management official who investigates citizen complaints, reviews department standards and operating procedures, and makes recommendations to the Chief of Police regarding disciplinary, policy and training issues.

The Holly Hill Police Department has a "Complaint Form" located in its front lobby or is a downloadable link listed below. 

Please complete the form and either return it to the police department in person, by email to Volusia County Sheriff's Lieutenant Tucker: ctucker [at] volusiasheriff.gov or by mail to Holly Hill Police Department located at 1065 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, FL 32117.  Please make sure you sign the form and have it notarized before returning.
