Victim Advocacy Program

The Holly Hill Police Department Victim Advocate Program was established in 2021 with funding from the VOCA (Victims of Crime Act) Grant. The purpose of this program is to provide advocacy and support to individuals impacted by crime, violence, and abuse. The Victim Advocate Coordinator and program volunteers serve as liaisons between the victim, the judicial system, and a wide range of support services available to victims of crime.

Services

The Victim Advocate Program is available to assist crime victims with filing for injunctions, learning about resources available in the area, assist with safety planning, writing victim impact statements, and file for crime victim compensation. In addition, an advocate can provide emotional support and advocacy during medical, criminal justice, or law enforcement matters.

To learn about services, please feel free to stop by the Holly Hill Police Department or call 386-248-9435.

Hours

Victim Advocate Services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 4:00PM and on-call services are provided 24/7.
