Hollyland Park has sentimental value for long-time residents who remember playing there as kids. In 1958 James Ormand won a naming contest with the name Hollyland. This park is now home to Pictona.

Holly Hill's "Wimbledon of Pickleball" includes 49 separately fenced pickleball courts with state-of-the-art LED lighting. Eight courts are covered for all-weather play. Players can relax in the “Pickleball Plaza,” which includes a canteen and pavilion. The on-site restaurant known as The Kitchen serves food and refreshments including beer and wine to enjoy with your friends after playing. There is a large clubhouse that includes locker rooms and showers, a lounge and game rooms, and offices to support the management. In addition, there is a retail area for equipment, clothing and educational resources.

Pictona at Holly Hill also has a Senior Activity Center which offers new health and fitness programs and activities like bocce ball, ping pong, croquet and shuffleboard.
