Public Works Standard Construction Details

The Public Works Department is in the process of updating all construction details.

All construction on City of Holly Hill Property and within the City of Holly Hill Rights-of-Way and easements shall be constructed using the Public Works Standard Construction Details. The 2020 details are provided at this time. However, it is recommended that design engineers coordinate with Public Utilities prior to submitting designs to ensure all updates are incorporated.

No public works, water, wastewater or reclaimed/reuse water facility may be constructed in the City of Holly Hill Service Area without obtaining prior approval. No application for approval shall be granted which fails to comply with this criteria:

1. Compliance with the procedures and technical specifications, as contained within these Standard Details.
2. Compliance with the Comprehensive Plan as amended.
3. Compliance with City Land Development Code and Code of Ordinances.
4. Compliance with City zoning regulations where applicable.
