The City's parks are areas set aside for the enjoyment and recreation of our citizens. These green spaces consist of grassy areas, rocks, soil, trees, playground structures and picnic facilities and may contain picnic tables and barbecue grills. Some parks have trails for walking, biking and other activities. Some parks are built adjacent to the river with fishing and boating facilities.
The City of Holly Hill offers many opportunities in it's parks, while the larger facilities house most of the amenities. There are small neighborhood parks sprinkled throughout the city perfect for picnics or a short outside getaway.
Admission to City Parks is free. In fact, use of many of the facilities within the parks are free. For large parties, weddings or special events, citizens can reserve park facilities; otherwise, use is on a "first come/first serve" basis.
