Riverside Park was constructed as part of a land swap agreement done with the Marina Grande on the Halifax back in May 2007. Facilities include restrooms and a fishing pier. This park is not a normal rental site, so if you are interested, please contact Utility Billing as a special agreement will be needed.
Park Rental
Riverside Park is available for exclusive use for events such as wedding ceremonies by securing a rental reservation. Rental reservations are issued by the Utility Billing Department. - Rate: $50.00 per hour (3 hour minimum required for all reservations)
- Deposits: A $50.00 deposit is required and refunded only if users clean up and do not violate the rules and regulations.
- Rules and Regulations:
- No smoking and no alcohol consumption is permitted at any park facility.
- All fees and deposits are subject to change. All rentals made through the Utility Billing Department must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: The City has a NO CANCELLATION policy. If you need to cancel your reservation you will need to reschedule within 2 months or there will be no refund.
