This Park is located at the corner of Mason Avenue & Beach Street on 1.32 acres of land. In 1996 the Department of Transportation (DOT) widened Mason Avenue and put the retention pond in on the north side of Mason Avenue.  In 1997, the City leased this property from DOT to take over the maintenance and installed landscape and a custom made electronic ‘WELCOME TO HOLLY HILL’ gateway sign. The Park was named after Shirley Heyman, Councilwoman, who passed away before the Park was finished.
