Sica Hall

SICA HALL

Sica Hall was constructed in 1976. The hall is named after Doctor Frank Sica, who died in 1973. The site is the location of the City's original water treatment plant and garage. Sica Hall is used for special events such as elections and public hearings. In addition, this building is designated as an emergency shelter. This location is great for larger events such as religious services, wedding receptions, family reunions, etc. This venue offers 2 rooms available for rent, individually or as one big room to hold up to 150 people. Located across the street on Daytona Ave from City Hall, 1065 Daytona Ave. 

Hours: Daily 8am-10pm. (CLOSED MOST HOLIDAYS) 

Please Note:

  • 16 Day notice required for all reservations
  • $100 NON-refundable deposit for Alcohol (if applicable)
  • Tables and chairs will be set up (per renters diagram) and tore down for the event by Holly Hill staff, renter will be responsible for any and all decorating and clean up.
  • Kitchen with fridge and sink.
  • Must be paid in full to secure reservation
  • Max occupancy is 75 people per room
